Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install personal-tool-building-guide

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent starts from a real problem you face: it helps you scope a quick prototype, choose a Node.js or Python command-line stack, store data locally and decide whether the tool is worth sharing. It warns against over-engineering. You get a working tool from the first version.
