Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install phased-design-before-coding

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent drafts the design section by section, asking for your agreement at each phase and recording the decisions. It can resume an unfinished draft or check the next milestone already approved. You get a validated design document to build the code on.
