Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pi-provider-model-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks that pi is installed, then saves the provider, model, base URL and key in the persistent settings. It can list the available models and test the connection. The skill runs only when you explicitly ask for it, never on its own.
