Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pipeline-hygiene-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks a pipeline snapshot for deals with no movement, close dates pushed too often and empty key fields. It produces an exception list with one decision per deal, a remediation plan and a pass threshold. You get a targeted clean-up before your review.
