Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pipeline-stage-audit

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

The agent reviews each stage exit criterion: does it name something the buyer did, said or agreed to, checkable by two managers independently? It adds diagnostics on stage ageing, conversion and stage skips. It writes rewritten criteria and a migration order. You get findings ranked by severity.
