Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install plan-first-project-planning-phases

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes a Markdown plan, refines it through several review passes and splits it into phases with a decision log. It keeps progress up to date across sessions. You get plan and tracking documents an agent can pick up at any time.
