Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install plan-implementation-structure

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the matching architecture and ADRs, separates implementation goals from nice-to-haves, then proposes a structure plan. If the change is a durable boundary, it asks for it to be documented in the existing ADR system. It does not create a branch.
