Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install plan-to-beads-task-breakdown

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent splits the plan into tasks (“beads”) linked by dependencies, completes their descriptions, adds test tasks and checks the order. You get self-contained tasks ready to hand to a swarm of agents through the bd CLI.
