Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install plan-to-tickets-breakdown

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent breaks a plan, spec or conversation into vertical slices (tracer bullets), each one graspable without waiting for the others, and declares which tickets block each one. It checks the breakdown with you, then publishes the tickets to GitHub.
