Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pnpm-workspace-management

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent uses pnpm as the only package manager, declares the pnpm version in package.json, configures workspaces, filters commands per package and sets hoisting from strict mode to selective hoisting. You get a consistent pnpm monorepo with a stable pnpm-lock.yaml.
