Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install postgres-query-schema-mcp

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs SQL queries, lists tables and inspects the schema, then analyzes data through a controlled interface that supports reads and writes. The server runs over stdio or HTTP and is configured with the DATABASE_URL variable.
