Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pptxgenjs-slide-pages

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes one slide per file with PptxGenJS and follows strict rules: a fixed palette, no gradients or animations, a page number badge, titles that never overflow. A verification loop makes it re-read the extracted text and fix issues before it concludes. You get clean pages that can be assembled into a single .pptx file.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need another skill to assemble the deck?

No, the skill works on its own. To plan a whole deck and pick palette and style, the neighboring "pptx-generator" skill is more complete.

What do I need to install?

Node.js and the pptxgenjs package, plus Python with markitdown to proofread the text.
