In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install pr-claim-fact-checkWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent triages the sentences of your draft, extracts the checkable claims (numbers, titles, quotes, dates, superlatives) and runs them one by one through newsroom methods: lateral reading, climbing to the primary source, provenance checks and triangulation across independent sources. Each claim gets one status among Verified, Disputed, Unverifiable and Missing source, with links. You get a verdict, the numbered list and a warning stating what a human must review.
