Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pr-handle-validate-skill

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent switches to the branch, rebases it on the base, checks the skill diff, then answers each open comment. It runs validation when the PR adds or significantly changes a skill. You get a PR ready for review, with a reply in each thread.
