Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install prd-precheck-before-implementation

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent locates the PRD and referenced files, summarizes the intent, then lists findings and questions, blockers first. It asks only when a missing choice would change behavior, architecture, data or external effects. You get a precheck report, then the implementation.
