Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install prd-to-beads-br-cli

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

Like the bd version, the agent creates an epic linked to the PRD and a child task per user story, with quality gates and dependencies. Here it uses the br command from beads-rust. If you use the original bd tool, the companion skill is the right choice.
