Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install prd-to-beads-epic-tasks

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent extracts the quality gates, creates an epic linked to the PRD, then a child task per user story with those gates in its acceptance criteria. It adds dependencies with bd dep add, dependencies first.
