Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install prd-to-user-stories-json

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent breaks the PRD into stories that can each be done in one pass, tags each with a type and adds verification commands to run for real. You get a prd.json ready for autonomous execution with Ralph.
