Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pre-delivery-quality-gates

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks security (secrets, environment variables, input handling), code quality (lint, types, tests), lifecycle compliance, QA and handover documentation. It returns an APPROVED, NEEDS_WORK or BLOCKED verdict depending on how serious the findings are. You get a justified delivery decision.
