Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pricing-first-run-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent walks you through your current tiers, ICP, value metric, infrastructure and the pricing stance of your brand voice. It writes brand-config.json and the pricing section of SOUL.md, and refuses to produce recommendations until those fields are filled in.
