First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent takes the company through three phases: collecting current prices and promises, placing the company against the three strategies and noting where it mixes them, then committing with the consequences accepted. It then sorts each signal, such as the pricing page, homepage, support and roadmap, into keep, stop or start. You get one pricing choice and an alignment plan.
