In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install product-analytics-setupWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.
First time: connect the CLI with
npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent starts from the product decision to inform, defines the activation event, then proposes tracking, funnels, cohort analysis and retention, with an explicit denominator and window. It can write a PostHog implementation in Python. Consent and data source must be settled before instrumentation.
