In a terminal, from the folder you want:
npx --yes palatekit@latest install product-source-backlog-intakeWith no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

npx --yes palatekit@latest loginThe agent reads the product, its projects and tasks, then inspects the sources with their content hashes. It only proposes tasks backed by observed content. You get tasks attached to a project, each with its evidence links.
