Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-discovery-interview

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent asks about the situation, the problem and the evidence, decides whether the problem deserves a solution, then proposes the shape of that solution. The design document should let someone else plan without having been in the room. You get a verdict and a design document.
