Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-instructions-generator

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent chooses the canonical file, keeps what is not obvious in the project and drops general background. It uses a template that fits the project type, such as a publication or an archive. You get a short file that helps the next contributor.
