In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-inventory-claude-md

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent adapts the content to the folder level: code root, organisation folder or a single repository. It detects each project's type from its files, then writes or updates the CLAUDE.md so future sessions start with immediate context.
