Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-next-action

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the current cycle state: plan gates, notes, recent changes and check evidence. It places the project within the cycle phases and returns a single action, the cheapest one that clears the main constraint, without executing it. You get a clear decision rather than a list of leads.
