Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-task-decomposition

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent splits the project into phases, epics, stories, tasks and micro-tasks, checks each level against INVEST criteria and sets completion criteria. It flags dependencies and tasks that can run in parallel. You get a plan an autonomous loop can run.
