Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-wide-code-refactoring

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks that the repository is under git, records the current revision, then analyzes the entire project with a simplification agent focused on cross-file optimization. You get a summary of the changes and the revision to roll back to if needed.
