Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install project-workflow-prd-tracking

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the request and the code before touching anything, drafts a PRD from a template, tracks progress in task.md, builds in small verified steps, then syncs the docs. It records mistakes that repeat. It is not meant for one-file fixes.
