Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install promptfoo-skill-eval-runs

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent follows the phases in order: budget the run, write tests before content, record a baseline without the skill, then rerun with the skill injected. It also helps diagnose a stalled run or a rate-limited provider, and decide when a retest is needed.
