Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install proportionate-change-verification

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sorts the change in a decision table, runs the cheap checks for its layer and lists the slower ones you still need to run yourself. It avoids checks that cannot see what the diff changes. You get a clear record of what ran before the task is reported done.
