Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pull-request-merge-shepherd

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the PR state, resolves merge conflicts following the pr-ready approach, and separates real CI failures from flakes. It reruns flaky checks through the flake skill, then merges the PR. It stops and reports any blocker that is not CI-related.
