Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install pull-request-qa-testing

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the change, prepares the environment, then exercises the changed behaviour: a web interface in a browser, or a CLI with real inputs. It does not stop at reading the tests, and writes a QA report with a reasoned verdict on whether the pull request meets its goal.
