Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install python-test-environment-setup

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the Python version required in pyproject.toml, downloads the matching build from python-build-standalone and installs the dependencies. It then runs the tests with hogli or pytest. You get a working environment for backend tests in Claude Code for the web.
