Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install qdrant-edge-embedded-shard

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent first checks the shard API for what Edge already provides (keyword scoring, snapshot apply, counting) before writing sync or fusion code. You get code that relies on those built-in features and does not expect Edge to do what it cannot, such as one-call cloud sync. Edge is available in Python and Rust.
