Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install quantify-impact-metrics

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent runs a short interview: it probes four lenses (reach, efficiency, quality, financial), walks through chained estimates when exact numbers are missing and catches undersell patterns. You get precise claims with numbers you can defend out loud, without inflated adjectives.

Frequently asked questions

How do I install it?

Copy the skill folder into your agent's skills folder (for example .claude/skills/ for Claude Code), then ask the agent to quantify your work.

What if I have no numbers at all?

The skill proposes chained estimates and orders of magnitude. The figures stay estimates that you must be able to justify.
