Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install query-insights-sqlcommenter-tags

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads PlanetScale Insights: total time, rows read, execution counts, errors and, on Postgres, CPU usage. It recommends SQLCommenter tags to link each query to its code, and prepares schema or Traffic Control recommendations. It changes no database setting.
