Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install r-script-command-line-apps

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the script as the spec, infers options, switches and positional arguments from the annotations, then adds the shebang and metadata. It also covers subcommands and executables in a package's exec folder. You get a command you can run from the terminal.
