Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install rds-sql-server-connectivity-auth

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent diagnoses blockers (SSMS timeouts from EC2, Windows authentication, NTLM instead of Kerberos on ECS, error 18456, port 1433) and gives settings for Python, .NET, Java or Node.js. Before creating or changing a resource, it asks for your confirmation.
