Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install react-vitest-component-tests

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent writes Vitest tests in Given/When/Then structure, picks queries by accessibility priority, uses userEvent rather than fireEvent and tests async behaviour. It distinguishes vi.spyOn from vi.mock and says what is not worth testing. For end-to-end tests it points to Playwright.
