Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install read-only-production-queries

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent sends read-only queries to the direct-connect production sources through the PostHog MCP, using execute-sql with a connectionId. It explains the one-time EU connection setup, the choice between raw ClickHouse and HogQL, and query patterns.
