Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install realtime-voice-models

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks that an agent can use Realtime, picks between Realtime Mini and Max, sets the model and publishes the agent. For an app already built on the OpenAI Realtime SDK, it shows how to point it at the ElevenLabs API.
