Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install reasoning-context-compaction

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent calls the token optimiser of the integration package with a query, retrieves the compacted context from the reasoning bank, then reports the tokens saved as stated by the bridge. If the agentic-flow package is not installed, the saving is zero and the command ends cleanly.
