Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install refactor-plan-github-issue

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent gathers the problem description, checks the claims against the repository, presents other options, then pins down the scope and steps. It files the plan as a GitHub issue, with implementation and testing decisions and out-of-scope items. You get an RFC ready to execute step by step.
