In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install refresh-artifact-minimal-rewrite

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent reads the artifact end to end, checks nearby documents that must stay aligned, then removes working leftovers, stale details and repeated process notes. You get a lighter, more accurate version rather than a patch on an older draft.
