In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install relational-schema-design-2

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent extracts the entities from the requirement, defines the relationships (one-to-many, many-to-many, self-reference), then writes the schema with its constraints and indexes. It also prepares the ORM setup. You get a schema ready to migrate.
