Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install release-and-tag-workflow

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent checks the repository state, commits pending changes, pushes the branch and merges the pull request if needed. It computes the semver version from the commits, creates the tag and GitHub release, then cleans up branches. You get a published version and a clean repository.
