Install with the CLI

In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install release-ship-hold-verdict

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

The agent loads the repository's release policy or the defaults, reads the two compared experiments, then evaluates each criterion: regressions, pass rate, safety cases, latency, cost and flakiness. It returns a verdict (ship, hold, needs review or insufficient evidence), with every criterion and its result.
