In a terminal, from the folder you want:

npx --yes palatekit@latest install repo-engineering-skills-setup-2

With no option, the skill goes to ~/.agents/skills/; add --agent claude-code (or codex, cursor…) to target an agent.

First time: connect the CLI with

npx --yes palatekit@latest login

This skill prepares the repo for the other engineering skills: it explores the project's state, presents its findings, then asks for confirmation before writing the configuration. It covers the issue tracker (GitHub, GitLab or local), the labels for the five triage roles and where CONTEXT.md and ADRs live. You get a repo configured once.
